With the unique family monitoring option the alarm is pre-programmed to dial through up to 3 different family members to call for help. The alarm is too smart to be fooled by a voicemail. The family monitored option has a monthly subscription that pays for the costs associated with using the mobile phone SIM card that is inside the tracking device.

Yes – the tracking device will work anywhere that there is a mobile phone signal and a GPS signal. This is the vast majority of the US.
