Simple to Set Up and Easy to Use

The SureSafe Digital Connect 24/7 has an SOS button that lets you call for help with just one press. There is also an option to purchase with automatic fall detection included. When the alarm goes off, it connects directly to our help center, which is staffed 24 hours a day, every day. One of our friendly, trained staff members will make sure you get the help you need, quickly.

Why a Fall Detector Is Important

Sometimes after a fall, you might not be able to press a button – perhaps you've been hurt, had a stroke, or simply can't reach the button. That's why recommend purchasing the option with fall detection included.

How It Works

The main unit plugs into your broadband router. When you need help, one of our trained staff members will speak to you through the unit to find out what's happened. They'll arrange the right kind of help for you – whether that's calling your family, friends, or the emergency services.

If we can't hear you through the speaker, we'll ring your home phone or mobile. If you don't answer, we'll contact the family members or friends you've told us about. If they're not available, we'll ask the emergency services to check on you. We never ignore an alarm call – ever.

Comfortable and Convenient

You can wear this alarm on your wrist like a watch, or around your neck like a necklace – whichever you prefer. It's waterproof enough for the shower and works up to 100 meters* away from the main unit. This means you can wear it anywhere in your home and garden, including in the bathroom where falls are more likely to happen.

*Range for the alarm without fall detection is up to 50 meters.

Easy Maintenance

Setting up the SureSafe Digital Connect 24/7 is straightforward, and it doesn't interfere with your regular telephone use. If you'd like help getting it set up, we are happy to talk you through getting started. There is also comprehensive instructions included with your device.

You won't need to worry about charging it. The SureSafe Digital Connect 24/7 has a battery that lasts up to 5 years*. When it's running low, we'll know and send you a new one at no extra cost. The main unit also has a backup battery, so it will keep working even during a power cut.

*With fall detection battery lasts up to 2 years.

Important Information About Fall Detection

While the optional fall detection is designed to detect most falls, it cannot detect every type of fall. We recommend that you press the button yourself whenever possible. Some falls – such as gentle falls, sliding down slowly, or falls where you're leaning against something – might not trigger the detector.

What's Included

Your SureSafe Digital Connect 24/7 comes with two ways to wear it: as a wristband and as a pendant on a neck cord. It will arrive set up for the wrist, but we'll include the neck cord if you'd like to wear it that way instead (you'll need to adjust the settings). Each order includes one alarm button with both wearing options.
